Custom Arizona Collage Artwork

A wonderful customer reached out to me with an interesting request: she wanted to commemorate the place she met her husband and include some personal details. They met at Intel in Phoenix and wanted the skyline. But she also requested I add a saguaro, palm trees, and her husband's prized Viper.
The piece features overlapping circuit boards in different colors to create texture and depth. In real life, the shadows and movement are amazing! The bottom of the piece sticks out a centimeter, so there's actual depth to the piece, in addition to the implied depth.
Each piece was meticulously designed and placed to create the layers. Once all the pieces were prepared, I could start assembling. I recorded a time-lapse of the process since it's so neat to see things go from a pile of parts to a finished composition.
I love how the overlapping blue clouds and silver dots on the buildings make it look like a night scene. That's why there's a moon! White circuit board is incredibly rare but it really sets the scene.
The finished piece is 16x20 and mounted on a wooden panel.
I can make just about anything, including skylines, flags, silhouettes, collages, logos, animals, and text-based items. Custom work starts at just $59 for mini framed art pieces, so please get in touch if you have a custom project in mind.
