Because Science was founded by Amanda Preske, a chemist with a PhD and a habit of seeing creative potential in circuit boards. Today, our Washington, DC shop brings together science-inspired finds and our own Circuit Breaker Labs creations.
We’re here for the people who notice someone’s molecule necklace and immediately ask which molecule it is. You’re our people.
From our workbench
We make Circuit Breaker Labs jewelry using reclaimed circuit boards and electronic components.
We also design other charms, like bacteriophages and Schrödinger's cats, to make them into jewelry when circuit board won't do.
