Shipping Domestic
Default shipping is first class through USPS at no charge. If your order weight is over a pound, it will be upgraded to priority mail (free upgrade). If you need a faster shipping method, just choose priority or express. I may choose to ship via UPS or FedEx for standard or upgraded shipping if it saves you time and provides a better value. While USPS is not guaranteeing the shipping speed of expedited services during COVID, they are still moving more quickly than first class mail. If you need help, just let us know.
We ship all made items within 3 business days of purchase. Masks are shipping next business day unless it’s a made to order listing. Custom orders my take from 2-10 business days depending on the nature of the custom item(s) and the availability of supplies. All custom requests will be accompanied with a price quote and production to shipping timeline.

If the studio is closed for any reason, you can still place orders and reach us via email or contact form with questions as usual. If the studio is closed, the banner at the top of the page will indicate the duration, as will your order confirmation email.
Shipping International
COVID-19 DELAYS: outbound international flights may be impacted by covid, which in turn is elongating shipping times for international shipments. Please be advised that it is not possible to guarantee delivery times and expedited shipping options are not being guaranteed by our postal service. Despite these delays that are out of our control, we are still willing to ship international orders but be prepared to wait anywhere from 1-3 months for the delivery of your order. If you have any questions about this, please let us know.
Shipping times may vary depending on your local shipping company and possible delays at customs. I ship all made items within 3 business days of purchase. Custom orders my take from 2-10 business days depending on the nature of the custom item(s) and the availability of supplies. Canadian addresses are charged a $9.00 standard shipping fee, and all other destinations are $14.50. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping automatically.
To non-US customers: Note that I do not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer if their country charges these types of fees. Please be aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web.
Shipping Problems
If the tracking indicates that your order was delivered, the item is considered delivered. Please ask neighbors, doormen, and your local post office about the whereabouts of the package (you have the tracking number) if you cannot locate it. Check with housemates, behind obstacles, and around your entrance for the package.
If you cannot locate the package, please ask your post office (this is the one that delivers your mail, and it may not be the location that is closest to you) for GPS coordinates of the delivery to verify correct delivery address. If they admit fault, I will replace your order. If the package was delivered properly, I will require a police report detailing theft in order to replace your order. If the post office loses your package, please file a missing package report with the post office. If they declare it is lost, I will replace your order. I can assist you with filing the report if needed, just email us. Missing mail can take up to 90 days to process and by purchasing, you agree to wait this long before receiving a free replacement.
For assistance and to arrange for a replacement (if applicable), you must notify Circuit Breaker Labs of the missing, but marked delivered, package within five business days of the delivery date noted in the tracking. If the item arrives damaged, please send a description or photo of the damage and we can work out a replacement or refund. Damage claims must be submitted within five business days of delivery.
Packaging
All orders ship in a gift box decorated with a circuit board-printed paper slide. I do not include an invoice to conserve paper, unless it is specifically requested. If you need a gift note, just let me know what you would like it to say. It will be handwritten in a mini circuit board photo notecard. All items used to ship your order are recyclable.
Returns
If you need to return an item (changed mind, etc), you can do so within 60 calendar days of delivery (for shipped orders) or of purchase date (for in-store, live event, and store pick-up orders). Upon return of undamaged merchandise, you will receive store credit for the amount of the item(s), excluding shipping cost and discounts. If you need an exchange or resizing, please get in touch with what you need and we'll take care of you.
Forced returns, which may occur for a number of reasons but are not limited to, may occur due to failure to pick up the item, insufficient address, or problems relating to international deliveries (not paying duties, not picking up your package quickly enough), and will be handled when you contact us about them. We can only issue store credit if items are returned to us undamaged less shipping cost. Custom orders cannot be refunded, but we will reship upon receipt of a reshipment fee (based on actual shipping cost).
