What's listed here is only meant as a guide to understand what's possible but it's not the limit! We don't recommend calling the store as you're not likely to reach someone who can directly assist.

• Best for: meetings, gatherings, showers, casual celebrations, professional groups
• Includes: private use of the Craft Lab/event space for a set amount of time and access to basic supplies in the space, plus any add-ons and customizations you'd like us to incorporate. 
• Starting at: $195 for a one hour reservation
• Capacity: 16 guests comfortably seated, 25 without seating at tables

Room Rental Rates

• Choose from 1-4 hour rentals, starting at $195. Reference Room Rental to see the options
• This listing does not include the room rental; it's meant to show you some of the upgraded options to personalize your event.

Pricing

• Room rental B=based on duration and time of week
• Weekend includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday bookings
  
• Upgrades are priced separately, add as many as you wish

Reservation Process

• Please Text (571) 549-8028 or email theCraftLab@BecauseScienceDC.com to determine availability for booking the space. You may call the store but it's highly likely you won't be able to reach a party specialist 
• Once a day and time are settled, you'll be invoiced. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received. Reservations are handled on a first-paid first-booked basis. 
• One hour bookings must be paid in full to reserve the room
• All other durations require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve the room
• Upgrades are booked as they're determined

Standard Guided Activities

• Reference our standard activity options here: Activity Selection
• We're happy to build custom activities starting at $115. Please provide us information about what you'd like (activity type, type of science, DIY, etc) so we can provide options.
• Each 30-minute standard activity is $90 each. This does not increase the time of your reservation, so please ensure your reservation is long enough to accommodate the added activities.
