šļø Cancellation Policy & Terms
-
The cancellation deadline is November 8, 2026.
-
Registrations cancelled after November 8 are nonrefundableĀ but transfers to other children or families are welcome, just let us know.Ā
-
Please get in touch if a situation arises, as we may be able to make alternative arrangements.
-
Please note that the age ranges provided are an estimate so that you can select the camp that is appropriate for your child's abilities. We don't recommend the afternoon session for kids under 6 because they struggle to stay focused the entire day and can become upset. We can only accept children that can use the restroom independently. If a child is disruptive, unable to regulate themselves, or experiencing duress, we will call you to request a pickup or to have an adult present to assist. Please let us know how we can make your child comfortable so they can enjoy the camp!
