These plugs are an easy and fun way to grow your own nutritious mushrooms at home. Simply drill holes into freshly cut logs, insert the plugs, cover with wax, and bury them horizontally.
To ensure optimal fruiting, we recommend burying the logs horizontally in a shaded area or under trees. This allows for better moisture retention and encourages the mycelium to spread evenly throughout the log, resulting in larger and more flavorful mushrooms.
